在 Maison Fawo 品牌首展《Overtones of Time 時間的泛音》中，每一顆寶石，都是時間的物質化。地殼的運動、溫度的變化，以及億萬年的堆疊與壓縮，共同保存著一種宏觀的、屬於地質尺度的永恆記憶。
這場對時間的凝視並未隨展覽落幕，而是循著 Maison Fawo 一貫安靜的步調，持續向前。當敘事翻至下一頁，時間也開始顯現在更細小、更貼近人的地方。
沿著城市緩緩移動，我們來到《A Borrowed Moment of Parisian Stillness, Taipei》，我們放下望遠鏡，拿起放大鏡；從地殼的紋理，走進一個人的紋理，從地球廣袤而漫長的時間，走進一段私密、細膩，至今仍棲居於身體某處的記憶。
In Maison Fawo's first exhibition, Overtones of Time, gemstones were seen as time made visible. The movement of the earth's crust, the shifts in temperature, the layering and compression of hundreds of millions of years — together they hold a vast and lasting memory, one kept at the scale of the earth itself.
That gaze upon time did not end with the exhibition. It continues, at the quiet pace Maison Fawo has always kept. As the story turns to its next page, time begins to show itself in smaller places, closer to the human.
Moving slowly through the city, we arrive at A Borrowed Moment of Parisian Stillness, Taipei. We set down the telescope and pick up the magnifying glass; from the grain of the earth's crust into the grain of a single person, from the long, wide time of the planet into a memory that is private, fine, and still living somewhere in the body.
Paris, a City Remembered
身體的細微感知成為記憶，在看不見的某處紮根，也許存在於踩過石板路的腳底，存在於掌心觸碰石牆感受到的粗糙，或存在於某個街角奶油與濕氣混合的氣味。有時候，那個地方是一座曾經生活過的城市；有時候，是一座從未抵達、卻已在心裡無數次探尋的城市。去過的人帶著記憶，未曾去過的人帶著想像。
巴黎，對許多人而言，就是這樣一個地方。
Maison Fawo 以巴黎為起點，帶著城市的靈感記憶，透過視角的棲近與遠離，邀請大家召喚出積澱在身體裡的巴黎記憶，無論親身經歷，或是眺望與嚮往。
The body's finest perceptions become memory, taking root somewhere unseen — perhaps in the soles of feet that once crossed a cobbled street, in the roughness a palm found on a stone wall, or in the smell of butter and damp air at a particular corner. Sometimes that place is a city once lived in; sometimes a city never reached, yet searched through countless times in the mind. Those who have been carry memory; those who have not carry imagination.
For many people, Paris is such a place.
Maison Fawo takes Paris as its starting point, carrying the city's memory as inspiration, inviting you to summon the Paris that has settled in the body — whether lived firsthand, or only glimpsed from afar and longed for.

The Shape of Memory
五月的午後，巴黎以另一種方式來到眼前。
Maison Fawo 邀請曾旅居巴黎的 Buttercup 花藝師，展開一場以花藝為媒介的午後 Art Session。
垂落的松蘿與淺藍緞帶掛在櫥窗內，花與古董散落在空間裡，像是一間遠離街道喧鬧的巴黎工作室。植物的氣息、茶點的香甜與緩緩流動的音樂，讓人們循著氣味、聲音與觸感，逐漸靠近一座遙遠的城市。
這場聚會的起點，來自 Maison Fawo 對 SS26 系列的觀察。
凝視植物時，我們發現葉脈的走向、花瓣的層次，以及枝葉自然生成的輪廓，與觀看寶石時如此相似。它們都帶著大自然留下的紋理，在光線與角度的變化之中，顯露出各自不同的色澤與姿態。於是，植物也被想像成另一種來自自然的寶石；而花藝創作，則成為重新理解珠寶的一種方式。
而這段向巴黎借來的時光，也等待著每個人親自走入其中。
拾起植物，在反覆觀看、選擇與排列之間，讓記憶與想像慢慢長出輪廓；戴上珠寶，從寶石貼近身體的光澤與質地，感受心中的巴黎。花藝創作成為感知的過程，不只是形式上的練習，透過凝視植物的線條、色澤與姿態，重新召喚了曾經去過、想像過，或始終嚮往著的巴黎。
於是，每一件珠寶、親手完成的花，都成為記憶再次顯影的所在。
那些與巴黎借來的時光，也在不同的感官與創作之中，各自長出了新的形狀。
On an afternoon in May, Paris arrived in another form. Maison Fawo invited Buttercup, a floral artist who once lived in Paris, to lead an Art Session for the afternoon.
Trailing Spanish moss and pale blue ribbon hung in the window; flowers and antiques were scattered through the room, like a Parisian atelier set far back from the noise of the street. The green scent of the plants, the sweetness of the pastries and the music moving slowly through the air drew everyone closer, through smell and sound and touch, to a distant city.
The starting point for the gathering came from Maison Fawo's observations for the SS26 collection.
Looking closely at plants, we found that the run of a leaf's veins, the layering of petals and the outline a branch grows into on its own are much like what we see in a gemstone. Both carry a grain left by nature, and both give up a different colour and bearing as the light and the angle change. Plants came to be imagined as another kind of stone from the natural world, and working with flowers became a way of understanding jewellery again.
And this borrowed moment of Paris was waiting for each person to step into it.
Take up a stem, and in the looking, choosing and arranging, memory and imagination slowly find their outline. Put on a piece of jewellery, and in the lustre and texture of a stone held close to the body, feel the Paris you carry. Working with flowers becomes a way of perceiving rather than an exercise in form — in looking at a plant's line, colour and bearing, a Paris once visited, once imagined, or still longed for is called up again.
So every piece of jewellery, every arrangement finished by hand, became a place where memory came into view once more. And the moment borrowed from Paris grew a shape of its own in each person's hands.

Memory, Made Tangible
靈感最初，往往沒有清晰的形狀。可能來自一段記憶、一種感受，或是一座曾經生活、凝望與想像過的城市。
MAISON FAWO 的創作視野始於巴黎。
那些在城市裡累積的生活經驗與觀看方式，成為品牌最初的創作線索，也在一次次觀看之中，讓無形的感受慢慢找到可以被感知的形體。
從花瓣的脈絡、寶石的切面，到城市的街道肌理，看似不同，細看之下卻共享著相似的線條、質地與節奏。
靠近一些，看見細微的紋理與光澤；退遠一些，輪廓與整體的關係才逐漸浮現。
創作也在這樣反覆靠近與遠離的觀看之間，捕捉不同事物隱約相連的語言。
而有些記憶甚至不以畫面存在。它可能是一種氣味、腳底的觸感，或走在城市裡不自覺抬頭的習慣。這些留在身體裡的細微感受，也成為創作的線索，讓形狀之外的氣息、節奏與溫度，慢慢進入作品之中。
從尋找事物之間的連結、改變觀看的距離，到聆聽感官留下的痕跡，MAISON FAWO 讓原本無形的記憶與靈感，逐漸成為可以被觸碰、佩戴，也被長久保存的珠寶。
Inspiration rarely arrives with a clear shape. It may come from a memory, a feeling, or a city once lived in, gazed at, imagined. The work of MAISON FAWO begins in looking, again and again, until something formless finds a form the senses can hold.
The veining of a petal, the facet of a gemstone, the grain of a city street — they seem unalike, yet look closely and they share the same lines, textures and rhythms. Come nearer and the fine markings and lustre appear; step back and the contour, and its relation to the whole, begins to emerge.
Between these two ways of looking, drawing close and moving away, the work catches the language that quietly runs between unlike things.
Some memories do not exist as images at all. A smell, the feel of the ground underfoot, the habit of looking up as you walk through a city. These small sensations, left behind in the body, become their own clues, letting a scent, a rhythm, a warmth enter the work.
From searching for the connections between things, to changing the distance we look from, to listening for what the senses leave behind: MAISON FAWO lets memory and inspiration, formless to begin with, become jewellery that can be touched, worn, and kept for a long time.
記憶並不是被保存的，記憶是被滋養的

Memory is not preserved; memory is nourished, growing its shape slowly over time, the way a seed needs soil.
It might be the way you look at flowers from then on, the angle at which you lift your eyes to a building as you walk, the street you return to all at once when a scent finds you somewhere far from home.
You may not know where it lives, but it has never left.
